Minette's Gourmet Chicken and Turkey Dry Marinade
400g Minced meat
10 Fresh cherry tomatoes
Handful of fresh flat parsley
Handful of fresh basil
2 Crushed garlic cloves
1 Medium sized white onion
1 Teaspoon of sugar
Gluten free spaghetti
Cut tomatoes, crushed garlic and chopped onions and leave to the side in a bowl. Place pan on medium heat and add olive oil. Add onions, garlic and sautee. Stir in minced meat and sprinkle with our Minette's Gourmet Dry Marinade (beef and steak).
Add water and add crushed fresh cherry tomatoes. Stir in the basil stalks and set the basil leaves aside. Simmer, for ten minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add sugar and salt.
Boil spaghetti for twelve minutes and drain. Add a drizzle of olive oil and toss.
Add basil, parsley to the sauce and serve.
Sprinkle with fresh parmesan.
