1. Sprinkle with our Minettes Gourmet Dry Marinade (Chicken)

2. Add your own bread crumbs mix to Minettes Gourmet Dry Marinade 

3. Drizzle with sunflower oil.

4. Place foil on a oven tray and place in oven on Gas mark 4 for 35 minutes (turn occasionally).

5. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack for 10 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with some summer vegetables, fresh salad. And a glass of Chardonnay.
