Minette's Carrot and Rhubarb Juice

Summer Juice of The Week

Juicing is a great way to take in all the nutrients you need and still feel good. It's great for the skin, but you have to continue with at least a two week plan to really see the benefits. So take your left over carrots, pear and rhubard and get juicing.

Ingredients

6 Medium Cleaned Carrots
1/1/2 Cups of tined Rhubarb 
1 Fresh Sliced Pear (with skin)
Two table spoons of condensed milk
3 Cubes of ice
Dash of cinnamon
Pear Juice 
One cup of cold water

Method

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until you are happy with the consistency. 
Enjoy!
